- I think a consumer is someone who go's in someone home, shop, or business.
My Mum, and Dad bouht a video from a shop on hire purchace, thay cudn't tell them there was a $50 booking fee so it wasn't as cheep as they thought. It made the price the same as usual not the chaeper on special price.
